What Tulipan is not
- You can not buy any cryptocurrency with Tulipan
- You can not trade any cryptocurrency with Tulipan
- You can not track any orders with Tulipan
- You can not create any wallets with Tulipan
- Tulipan will not give you any advice on which currency, exchange or wallet to use
Abuse of Tulipan
- You will use Tulipan in a fitting manor
- You will not try to overload our system with too many requests
- You will not try to cause our system to fail on purpose
- You will not try to portray Tulipan in a bad view by doctoring screenshots
- You can not try to reverse engineer Tulipan and its features
Abuse response
- Tulipan decide if abuse of service has occurred
- If abuse has occurred Tulipan can suspend your account
- Tulipan may also delete your account if severe or repeated offence
- Tulipan may report criminal offences to relevant authorities

- Eray by Flurdy retain the rights to the content, text, look and feel of Tulipan
Copyright permission
- You can take screenshots of Tulipan and publish them with reference to Tulipan
Data loss, recovery, notification & compensation
- In case of data loss due to a technical fault by Tulipan
- If not all data can be recovered in a timely matter we will contact you
- In case of significant data loss your membership can be extended for free as compensation
- In case of total data loss we can refund your membership
Change of the Terms of Service
- We reserve the right to correct spelling mistakes, and make text clearer without notification
- An actual change to the Terms of service, privacy policy or cookie policy will be notified either via email or as an alert on your next login
- Your continued use of the service will be assumed as approval of the updated terms

Data we store about you
- Your username
- You email address
- Your IP addresses
- A non reversible hashed version of your password
- Which exchanges you use
- Your crypto currency balance information
- Federated identity if applicable
Account deletion
- You can request to delete your account and data
- Your request will be actioned immediately
- Your account will initially be suspended for up to 30 days
- Your data will be deleted after 30 days or less
Data stored after deletion
- Your username in access logs for up to 3 months
- Your IP address in access logs for up to 3 months
- Your encrypted data in backups for up to 12 months
- Anonymous statistics in reporting metrics
Cookie policy
Cookies stored
- We store an encrypted token in your browser
- The token contains your username but no other personal data
