- Only one account per online exchange
- Tether (USDT) is treated as a reserve FIAT currency
- Online wallets are treated as online exchanges
- Exchanges different markets, margin, lending, etc are not differentiated

- Forgot password? Please use the reset password service.
- Forgot username? Try your email address.
- Forgot password and reset password email does not arrive? Sorry, but for security reasons we can not help.
- To delete your account, remove all wallets and exchanges first
Balances FAQ
- To remove a wallet, currency or reserve, make sure balance is 0 first
- Balances are rounded if decimals, to max 4 significant numbers
Exchange FAQ
- To remove a currency or reserve, make sure balance is 0 first
- To remove an exchange, remove all currencies and reserves held with it first
- Tulipan does not list all exchanges. Please suggest one if it is a popular exchange
Wallet FAQ
- To remove a wallet make sure balance is 0 first
- If wallet supports multiple currency, enter each as a different wallet
Currency FAQ
- Tulipan does not list all cryptocurrencies. Please suggest one if it is a popular currency
Estimation FAQ
- If no valid rate exist in our database for chosen pair of currency and estimation currency then the estimate is 0 for that currency
- Some rounding inaccuracy will occur
Reports FAQ
- If you delete a wallet or exchange currency balance, then historic estimations will no longer include its balance
- Rate used in estimation is from the relevant date or older
Payment FAQ
- Payment services are provided by Braintree, a Paypal service
- Two prices are shown, the total payable amount and the estimated monthly equivalent
- You pay only the total amount
- Payments are not recurring, you pay only once
- Payments may be pending before the provider finalises it (usually within 24 hours)
What Tulipan is not
- You can not buy any cryptocurrency with Tulipan
- You can not trade any cryptocurrency with Tulipan
- You can not track any orders with Tulipan
- You can not create any wallets with Tulipan
- Tulipan will not give you any advice on which currency, exchange or wallet to use
Advice
- Do not use the same password as used on any other site
- Do not show your balances publicly
Disclaimer
- Some rates may be out of date
- Rates may simply be wrong
- Estimation calculation may be wrong
Known problems
- Deleted currencies and wallets are also removed from historic reports
- Balance aggregation totals have significant rounding errors
- Updated balances does not show immediately
- Occasionally portfolio is slow to load (linked to updating rates)
- Occasionally a report is very slow to load, sometimes times out
